  • Arts for Everett, Inc. DBA: Art Lab Everett is a nonprofit arts organization committed to providing inclusive, creative opportunities for youth and emerging artists in Everett, Massachusetts. This website is intended to inform, inspire, and engage the community by providing access to program information, events, membership options, and occasional merchandise for sale.

  • By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Site in any way that may damage, disable, or overburden the Site or interfere with others’ use.

  • The Site may offer memberships, merchandise, tickets, or other items for sale. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms displayed at checkout.

    Refunds:
    Membership cancellations will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Please contact us at a4e@artlabeverett.org for questions regarding refunds.
